Digital health
Patient programmes and digital health for life sciences companies
You are launching a support programme around a treatment or a connected device. We take over its day-to-day management, from scoping to final review, working with your medical teams, your compliance team and the clinical sites.
Who we work with
Pharmaceutical companies
Chronic conditions and treatments where adherence matters.
Medical device manufacturers
Connected and implantable devices: cardiology, diabetes, neurostimulation, respiratory care.
Biotechs
A first product on the market and no Patient Services team yet.
Remote patient monitoring
What we do
- Platform selection and configuration with your IT team.
- Training for clinical sites and follow-up nurses.
- Alert workflow design: who receives the alert, within what time, who calls the patient.
- KPI tracking: patients enrolled, active patients, alerts handled.
What you get: a service running in the clinical sites, a monthly dashboard, and one person accountable for every KPI.
Therapeutic patient education
What we do
- Programme design with healthcare professionals: objectives, sessions, materials.
- Format choice: in person, digital or blended.
- Regulatory files prepared with your medical affairs and legal teams.
- Rollout and patient feedback follow-up.
What you get: a programme built by clinicians, within a framework your compliance team has approved.
Patient programme management
What we do
- A dedicated resource embedded in your Patient Services team, on a daily rate or fixed-price basis.
- Vendor coordination: call centre, nurses, platform, logistics.
- Enrolment and drop-out tracking, action plans.
- Adverse event forwarding to your pharmacovigilance team, following your procedure.
What you get: a programme that meets its enrolment targets, and one person who knows every detail when your leadership asks.

Compliance
Your compliance framework
We build the set-up with your DPO, your pharmacovigilance team and your medical affairs team.
- Health data: hosting agreed with your DPO at scoping, in your systems or with a certified health data host.
- GDPR: patient information and consent, record of processing activities.
- Pharmacovigilance: adverse event forwarding procedure, staff training.
- Neutrality: content approved by your medical affairs team, with no promotional message.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside France?
Yes. We run programmes in French and English, and bring in local partners depending on the country.
Who talks to the patients?
Nurses, supervised by our head of digital health operations, herself a nurse. Never your sales teams.
Can you take over a programme that is already running?
Yes. We start with a two-to-four-week audit: enrolment, vendors, compliance. You receive a costed recovery plan.
Where is patient data stored?
We decide on hosting with your DPO at scoping. No health data moves before that approval.
